How to turn on Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • S
      Sarah BerryJul 29, 2025
To turn on your Blue Clean Pressure Washer: Ensure the GFCI module on the power cord is plugged directly into an outlet, avoiding extension cords. Make sure the power switch is on. Note that it's normal for the power washer to turn on briefly (1-2 seconds) and then shut off when the power switch is activated.

What to do if Blue Clean BC383HS turns on for 2 seconds then shuts off?
    • D
      Danny KochAug 3, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer turns on for 1-2 seconds and then shuts off, it may not be defective. This can happen to prime the pump. It automatically shuts off, waiting for the spray gun trigger to be pressed. When the trigger is pressed, water flows through the pump, and a sensor turns the power washer on. Alternatively, turn the power switch off, hold the spray gun trigger to ensure a steady water stream, and then simultaneously turn the power switch on.

What to do if Blue Clean BC383HS Pressure Washer has no water flow?
    • T
      Tina JonesAug 8, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is running but there's no water flow: Ensure power is off until water flows through the spray gun to prevent motor damage. Check the water source. Remove the nozzle from the lance to see if the clog is there (refer to nozzle cleaning if needed). Remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify lance issues. Inspect the Garden Hose Adapter for loose connections and filter for any debris.

How to connect the high pressure hose to the spray gun of Blue Clean BC383HS Pressure Washer?
    • J
      John HooperAug 13, 2025
If the high-pressure hose won't connect or stay connected to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, the rubber sleeve covering the fitting at the hose end is likely the issue. Wiggle, twist, or pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip and about 1/8 inch of the metal fitting below it are visible. Then, insert the hose tip into the spray gun until it clicks. Avoid pushing the release button during connection. If needed, carefully cut away the sleeve end, being cautious not to damage the hose.

Why is my Blue Clean Pressure Washer leaking water at the hose connection?
    • M
      Mark BlackwellAug 18, 2025
Water leakage at the high-pressure hose connection to the spray gun on your Blue Clean Pressure Washer often occurs if there's no o-ring present. Ensure an o-ring is at the metal tip's end of the high-pressure hose. An O-Ring Replacement Kit (K) came with your purchase. You can find additional O-Ring Kits online at www.arblueclean.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112 to order.

How to remove the lance from Blue Clean Pressure Washer spray gun?
    • C
      Christopher BurnsAug 23, 2025
To remove the lance from the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer: First, press the extension lance and lance together (about a 1/8”) and turn counter clockwise, then slide the lance out. Alternatively, hold the assembly upright with the nozzle end on the floor, push down to loosen the connection, and try the removal process again. Soapy water or lubricant may also help.
