If no water is coming from the clean water faucet and the system operation indicator is off, there might be several reasons. First, check if the Cleone is properly connected to an electrical outlet and the power adapter, ensuring the 24V DC cable is connected to the electrical power socket. Next, verify that the Cleone is started by moving the power switch to position 1. Finally, if an internal leak has been sensed, the Cleone might have automatically stopped, in which case you should contact your Bluewater dealer to repair the leak and reset the system.
