Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE: Tighten all hardware at the end of this step.
A. Connect Middle Pad (AC) to Right Glide Frame (F) and Left Glide Frame (G) using:
Two 11 (⁄” x 1 ¼” hex head bolt)
Two 26 (M8 spring washer)
Two 25 (M8 washer)
NOTE: See correct installation direction in diagram.
Do not over tighten Pad Bolts (11), over tightening will strip the T-nuts pressed into
the wood.
B. Connect Left Arm (Q) to Carriage (H) and secure using:
Two 7 (M10x75 hex head bolt)
Five 24 (M10 washer)
Two 19 (M10 nylon lock nut)
One 6 (M10x20) hex head bolt
C. Connect Right Arm (R) to Carriage (H) and secure using:
Two 7 (M10x75 hex head bolt)
Five 24 (M10 washer)
Two 19 (M10 nylon lock nut)
One 6 (M10x20) hex head bolt
