Caution
!
Contaminants or dirt must not enter into the in-
take channel.
l Check the rubber seal, if necessary replace
the damaged rubber seal (Fig. 46).
l Clean out the air filter housing with a cloth.
Danger
!
Danger of injury!
Always wear protective clothes (goggles,
gloves) when working with compressed air.

l Blow the air filter out from inside to outside with
dry compressed air (max. 5 bar (72 psi)) (Fig.
47).
l Check the air filter for damage, replace if nec-
essary.
l Insert the air filter correctly and tighten the
wing nut.
Caution
!
If the air filter is not correctly inserted, dust
and foreign particles can enter into the air in-
take channel.
l Fasten the housing cover with the wing nut.
