What to do if there is no sound from loudspeakers of Bosch Conference System?
    • J
      Jonathan WilliamsAug 12, 2025
If you are experiencing a temporary lack of microphone reaction, and no sound or distorted sound from the unit loudspeakers in your Bosch Conference System, it might be due to trunk-line overload. Try reducing the load on the trunk-lines by decreasing the number of units or shortening the length of the trunk cables.

Why is there no sound via delegate/chairman loudspeakers on my Bosch CCS 900 Ultro Conference System?
    • M
      Marc JacksonAug 16, 2025
If there is no sound via delegate or chairman loudspeakers on your Bosch Conference System, check if the insertion switch at the rear of the CU is in position "1". Also, verify that the volume control for delegate/chairman loudspeakers on the CU is not fully counter-clockwise. Note that units with an active microphone or connected headphones have their loudspeakers switched off.

Why am I getting acoustic feedback with my Bosch CCS 900 Ultro?
    • B
      Brandon GarciaAug 19, 2025
Acoustic feedback in the Bosch Conference System can occur if the loudspeaker volume is too high. To resolve this, reduce the gain using the volume control for Delegate/Chairman Unit loudspeakers on the CU. Also, if available, switch on Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression. Ensure there's enough distance between units to prevent microphone to loudspeaker interference. If you are using open headphones, increase the distance between the headphone and microphone, or disconnect the headphones when not in use.

How to troubleshoot a Bosch Conference System when part of it is not working?
    • A
      andrew71Aug 23, 2025
If part of your Bosch Conference System isn't working, it could be due to interrupted trunk-line cabling. Check the trunk-line cabling connections between the units and the CU. You can also use the test function on the CU.

What to do if the hourglass flashes very fast on Bosch CCS 900 Ultro Conference System?
    • W
      wheelerclaudiaAug 27, 2025
If the hourglass icon on your Bosch Conference System is flashing very fast, it indicates a problem with the SD card. The SD card may be full, so check it and remove files if necessary. Alternatively, use a PC to format the card using FAT or FAT32, as NTFS is incompatible. Also, the SD card might be write-protected; remove it and disable the write protection.

Why does the hourglass flash for a long time after inserting the SD card in my Bosch CCS 900 Ultro Conference System?
    • D
      Dustin RamosAug 31, 2025
If the hourglass on your Bosch Conference System flashes for a long time after inserting the SD card, it could mean the SD card is almost full. Try removing old files and recordings. You might also need to format the SD card. The SD card could also be too slow, so consider using a faster SD card.

    • N
      Nicole NobleSep 4, 2025

Why is the user display blank on my Bosch CCS 900 Ultro?
    • C
      Charles BrightSep 7, 2025
If the user display on your Bosch Conference System is blank, it might be because the USB cable was connected to the CU and PC during CU power up, while the PC was switched off. Make sure the USB cable is not connected during CU power up. Also, ensure the PC is fully operational before connecting the USB cable.
