3.10 Selection of control units
Other control units on the CBC bus can only be accessed from the master
control unit.
If several control units are linked, the control unit for the system to be
operated must be selected first. The other levels (e.g. heating circuits)
can then be displayed and selected.
All functions of another control unit logged on to the CBC bus (Slave) can
be viewed and adjusted from the master control unit. The functions can
be accessed from the master control unit and at the local control unit
simultaneously.
If the same parameters are changed from the master control unit and at
the local control unit, the last values entered apply.

3.11 NM582 power supply module
The power supply module ( Fig. 1, [12 and 13], page 6) supplies
voltage to the following components:
• Control unit
• Load outputs (e.g. pumps, burners, actuators)
• Control unit
• Modules used and corresponding connected system components
(e.g. sensor)
It is equipped with:
• 2 safety switches (10 A) as fuse protection of the AC adapters for
– the central module and user interface
– the modules at slots 1...4
• ON/OFF switch, that switches the phase (L) and neutral conductor
(N).
If a safety switch has tripped due to overload, the pin projects noticeably
out of it.
To switch on the safety switch:
▶Push in the pin.
If the safety switch triggers frequently:
▶ Check the current consumption.
