5.7 Operating in tablet mode
The DCU 220 can be used as a conventional laptop as
well as in tablet mode. In tablet mode, the DCU 220is
operated using a stylus or your fingertip and virtual key-
board instead of the keyboard and touchpad (mouse).
1. Open the DCU 220 until the screen isnearly perpen-
dicular to the keyboard.
2. Rotate the screen 180° counterclockwise.
! Do not rotate the screen more than 180°, and do
not rotate it clockwise.
3. Fold the screen downward so that the screen display
points upward and the screen lies securely on top
(note the side guides).
4. Push the latch upward.
5. Engage the clip in the cover.
6. Pushed the latch downward until it locks in place.
5.8 Printing
You can connect a printer (such as a PDR 377) via the
USB port of the DCU 220.

5.9 Camera

5.10 Information in the case of any faults
Fault Note
The DCU 220 cannot
be switched on and
the display remains
blank or flickers.
The capacity of the internal storage bat-
tery is insufficient to start the DCU 220.
Connect the external power supply unit.
If the DCU 220cannot be started with
the external power supply unit, contact
customer service
DCU 220 A blue
screen is displayed
after switching on
(after 5-10 minutes).
One possible reason may be that the
Bosch Bluetooth USB adapter is plugged
in, in addition to the enabled internal
Bluetooth hardware.
Remedy:
1. Remove the Bluetooth USB adapter.
2. DCU 220 Reboot.

i If the preset Win 10 settings are to be restored,
start the recovery process.
