18 Troubleshooting
You can fix minor problems with your device yourself. Use the troubleshooting
information before contacting customer service. This way you avoid unnecessary
costs.

Improper repairs are dangerous.
▶ Only trained specialist personnel may carry out repairs on the device.
▶ Only original spare parts may be used to repair the device.
▶ If the mains connection cable of this device is damaged, it must be replaced
with a special connection cable, which is available from the manufacturer or
its customer service.

Faucet is closed.
▶ Open the faucet.
Faucet is jammed or calcified.
▶ Open the faucet.
The flow rate must be at least 10 l/min when the
water inlet is open.
Screens in the water connection of the inlet or
Aqua-Stop hose are clogged.
1.Turn off the device.
2.Unplug the power cord.
3.Turn off the tap.
4.Unscrew the water connection.
