6.6 Water connection
▶ Mark the hot and cold water pipes in order to avoid
confusion.
▶ Make the hot and cold water connection using the coupling
accessories provided.
▶ In order to prevent problems caused by sudden inlet
pressure changes, the inclusion of an anti-return valve is
advised when installing the appliance.
6.7 Gas connection
Observe all locally applicable standards appertaining the gas
installation and the use of gas fired heating appliances.
• The accessory provided must be used to connect the
heater to the gas main.
• Tighten the threaded head on the gas inlet and use the
copper extremity to solder the pipe to the main.

6.8 Inlet/exhaust pipe installation
Pipes should be installed according to the instructions in the
relevant manual.
▶ Once connected, the pipe should be inspected and the seal
guaranteed.
CAUTION:
▶ Never rest the heater on the gas or
water connections.
For ease of installation it is recommended
that the water be connected followed by the
rest of the connections.
DANGER: If the legal requirements are not
met, fire or explosion may result which could
lead to severe injuries or death.
Only use original spare parts.
CAUTION:
▶ Assemble connector (Fig. 15, [1])
between gas valve and safety gas valve
according to Fig. 15.
Use the supplied accessory in case there’s
the need to adapt gas connection from ¾ ” to
½ ”.
