Burner removal
Refer to figure 74.
1. Remove clamping plate.
2. Remove spark/flame electrode assembly and seal
from the top of the heat exchanger.
3. Remove burner.

Checking and cleaning the electrode assembly:
B Inspect the condition of the electrodes and ceramics,
replace if necessary.
B Use a plastic scouring pad to clean the electrodes.
Baffle removal
Refer to figure 75.
1. Remove top baffle.
2. Remove lower baffle.

necessary to use the “baffle removal tool”
from the heat exchanger cleaning kit part
number: 7 716 192 312, as shown in
