1. Release the clip.
2. Move the lower exhaust connector up
B Remove the complete exhaust assembly.

1. Unscrew the plastic nut.
2. Remove the nut from the bottom of the boiler.
3. Rotate lever to release the return pipe.

1. Lift the heat exchanger up to clear.
2. Move the heat exchanger forward from the case.

sealing gasket must be replaced .
