Why is my Boway Laminator film wrinkled after laminating?

  Wrinkles after laminating with your Boway Laminator can occur due to several reasons: * The film tension might not be well adjusted. * The pressure of the rolls may be too light - in this case, increase the pressure of the rolls appropriately. * The pressure of the setting bolt spring might not be even. To resolve this, open the cover and adjust the rolls gap by making the wrinkled side setting bolt spring heavier or the non-wrinkled side setting bolt spring lighter. * The setting bolt spring might be too heavy. Open the cover and adjust the rolls gap by evenly easing the pressure on the setting bolt springs on both the right and left sides.

  If you notice bubbles after laminating with your Boway Laminator, it could be due to the following reasons: * The rolls might not be parallel. Adjust the parallelism of the rolls. * The pressure might be too light. Increase the pressure of the rolls appropriately. * The pressure of the spring is not even. Refer to the wrinkle solution for instructions.

  Curled up rolls on your Boway Laminator can be caused by: * The rolls not being parallel. Adjust the parallel of rolls. * The setting bolt spring pressure being too heavy or not even. Evenly ease the pressure on both sides of the up rolls setting bolt spring.
