6.1.5 Filling the Water Separator
Use program P54 to pump solvent from tank I to the still for about 15 seconds.
Start the distillation with P36. The water separator fills automatically during distillation.
6.1.6 Filling the Economy Filter
- Enter filter maintenance program P39 (filter 1) or P40 (filter 2).
- Press the "hold" button.
- Press the ”⇑ “ button repeatedly until step n3 is displayed.
- Start the program.
When using filter powder (optionally):
- First place the precoating bag with the prescribed amount of filter powder (2.5 kg/5.5 lb) into the cage,
then start P39 (filter 1) or P40 (filter 2), as described above.
Attention! Do not use filter powder
on machines with an
emission-free still rakeout system.
6.1.7 Dosing Unit
- Select the required dosing amount with the setting screw (1).
- Insert suction hose (2) into cleaning agent container.
- Run through 1 or 2 dosing procedures by pressing the button (3).
Note on setting:
Move the setting screw (1) down only when pressing the pushbutton!
