11.5.8 Disposal Vessel with Overfill Sensor (Optional Equipment)
You must check the function of the overfill sensor once a week.
Sequence of the check:
- Loosen the 2" screwed union
- Lift the ventilation pipeline
- The light-emitting diode (LED) on the probe is "green"
- Now touch the probe at the tip (3 - 5 cm/1.2 - 2.0"); the color of the LED must change from
"green" to "red".
- The probe is in order
- Firmly tighten the 2" screwed union again
11.5.9 Maintenance of Clean Tank 2 with P63
To prevent water from collecting in the clean tank, you must run program P63 once a week by to perform
the clean tank maintenance.
Before starting program 63, you must clean the button trap strainer; the cage must be empty.
Program sequence:
- All but a few quarts of the solvent are pumped into the cage.
- Pump out tank 2 into the still.
- Rinse tank 2, then pump out the rinsing detergent solution into the still
- Pump the detergent solution from the cage back into tank 2
- Short drying program.
