To resolve workout syncing issues with your Bluetooth® device, ensure the Bowflex Fitness Equipment is in Idle Mode by pressing the PAUSE/STOP button until the Power-Up Mode screen appears. Workouts shorter than 1 minute will not sync. Verify that Bluetooth® is enabled on your device and that it meets the fitness app's specifications. If problems persist, unplug the unit for 5 minutes and reconnect it.
