Adjusting Workout Level Settings
located at the top of the Hydraulic Cylinders. Use the dial to line up your desired
level with the white arrow.
Setting 1 offers the minimum depth of change of the treadles while setting 12 offers
the greatest depth of treadle movement.
Note:
it is recommended that you only rotate the dial clockwise to setting 12 and
counterclockwise to setting 1.
weight, fitness level and workout preferences (i.e. you may set the Resistance Arrow
whenever needed to keep the TreadClimber

machine best attuned to your fitness requirements.
