Verify Speed Sensor (TC1000 only)
USE.
Procedure to verify proper Speed Sensor Connection and
Operation
1-1 With your TreadClimber
®
machine plugged into a
grounded wall outlet and safety key inserted, turn
power on using the red switch at rear of machine.
1-2 Standing to the left of the machine activate the Start
Stop switch. Belts should begin moving within a few
seconds.
1-3 Allow belts to continue to turn for at least 15 seconds
(elapsed time will be displayed on Console). If belts
stop, or speed increases, note any error codes
displayed on Console and turn power off at rear of
machine. Contact customer service for assistance.

Verify belt speed increases and then holds constant at
new speed.
1-5 Remove safety key. Belts should slow to a complete
stop.
1-6 Replace safety key. Belts should remain stopped.
1-7 Push reset button on Console. Your TC
1000
is now
ready to use. Review this manual for operating
instructions.
Note: If your TreadClimber
®
machine does not operate as
described in the above steps do not use machine.
