The control valve is installed in the hydraulic cylinder cover and it receives oil at a high pressure from the front
outlet valve or the rear SCV valve (if equipped) through carryover operation. The internal spool is operated
according to the position of the control lever to lift or lower the lift arm or set it in the neutral status.
