Enables buttons “1” and “2” (for 3
seconds) to switch the loudspeaker pairs
connected to the outputs of a suitable
amplifier. Display: SP1/-, SP-/2, SP-/-.
Button to enable/disable “clock setting”
mode and display time, e.g. 14.35.
Selects the bass control, displays setting for
adjustment with “balance+” or
“balance—”. Display: BASS -10 through
OFF to +10.
“treble” selects the treble control, displays
setting for adjustment with “balance+” or
“balance-”. Display: TREB ~ 10 through
OFF to + 10.

“memo” “set”
These buttons match the labelling and func-
tion of the buttons on the remote control-
lable record player (e.g. P4) and cassette
decks (e.g. C3, C4).
The display on the units selected with
“tape” “1” or “2” or “phono” will display
the keyed command as confirmation. In the
event of incomplete selection of a “tape”
input and direct input of a tape movement
command, the command will be ignored
and T- will blink.
The commands from the CC4 are only given
to the “remote” jack corresponding to the
selected playback source. On the P4 record
player, continuously pressing “»»” or “<<”
initiates fast movement of the tonearm
after 3 seconds. For details, see the operat-
ing instructions for these units.
To select (preset) stations, “tape1” or
“tape2", “speaker1” or “speaker2” and
input clock and timer settings.
Remote control buttons with the same
white labels in the address selector positions
“compact disc”, “digital tape” or “audio”,
always act on the CC4 in these three posi-
tions (except for the decimal keypad).
