PTO Quick Disconnect (continued)
Quick Disconnect Disassembly
1. Compression Spring
2. Ball
3. Lock Collar
4. Back-up ring
5. Snap ring
* Back-up ring
* (For some clutch types, place additional
back up ring fi rst).
Compress lock collar (#3) and remove snap
right (#5).
Remove back-up ring, lock collar, compression
spring and balls.
Quick Disconnect Assembly
Insert balls. Place compression spring, lock collar and back-up ring onto the hub. Remove back-up
ring, lock collar, compression spring and balls.
