Unable to lock bean hopper into position
Coffee beans obstructing bean hopper locking device.
Remove bean hopper. Clear coffee beans from top of burrs.
Re-lock bean hopper into position.
No hot water
Steam wand is blocked.
Refer to ‘Cleaning the Steam Wand’, page 22.
No crema
Coffee beans are stale.
Use freshly roasted coffee beans with a ‘Roasted On’ date and consume between 5-20 days after that date.
