Why is my BRIO Premiere CBP500 not dispensing cold water?
    • S
      Shannon TaylorAug 4, 2025
Several factors could be at play. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in and that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Over-consumption could also be the reason; try reducing your usage to stay within the dispenser's specified capacity. High ambient temperature or dust on the radiator condenser can also affect cooling efficiency; ensure proper ventilation, avoid direct sunlight, and clean the condenser on the back of the unit. Finally, make sure the back of the dispenser is at least 15cm away from the wall to allow for adequate cooling.

There are a few things to check. First, make sure the power cord is plugged in and the circuit breaker is on. If your demand exceeds the dispenser's hot water capacity, reduce your usage. Also, verify that the hot water switch on the back of the dispenser is turned on.

      Michelle CarrollAug 14, 2025
Check for leaks at the hot and cold faucets; tighten them if they are loose. Also, inspect the hot water drain and firmly fasten its cap. If water is condensing on the tank's surface, relocate the dispenser to a cooler location.

If the bottle is leaking, first check if the tank itself is leaking. If so, remove the bottle and drain the water. Contact the shop where you bought the dispenser. Ensure the bottle is correctly inserted into the no-spill system. Finally, inspect the bottle for any cracks or damage and replace it if necessary.
