  If you're experiencing paper jams in your Brother printer's paper tray and front cover area, it could be due to several reasons. The paper edge actuator or registration front actuator might be catching. Try correcting the position of the paper edge actuator or registration front actuator. Another cause might be worn out paper feeding kit, which requires replacement. Also, check the harness connection of the registration front/rear sensor PCB ASSY and reconnect it if necessary. In some cases, the low voltage power supply PCB ASSY or the main PCB might be faulty and require replacement. Finally, the registration front/rear sensor PCB ASSY may be failing, requiring a check of the registration front and rear sensor performance. If a problem is detected, replace the regist frame ASSY.
