The registration front actuator, registration rear actuator, or paper eject actuator might be catching. Ensure these actuators are correctly positioned. Check the harness connections of the registration front/rear sensor PCB ASSY or paper eject sensor PCB ASSY and reconnect if necessary. A faulty REG clutch ASSY, paper eject sensor PCB ASSY, low voltage power supply PCB ASSY, main PCB, or fuser unit could also be the cause, requiring replacement. Finally, the registration front/rear sensor PCB ASSY may be failing, requiring a check of the sensor performance. If a problem is detected, replace the regist frame ASSY.
