Si selecciona Sí, el equipo reduce
automáticamente cada página del fax
entrante para adaptarlo a una página de
papel de tamaño Carta, Legal o A4. El equipo
calcula el porcentaje de reducción mediante
el tamaño de página del fax y la configuración

Recepción de un fax al final de
la conversación
Al final de la conversación, puede pedir al
interlocutor que le envíe información por fax
antes de colgar.
a Pida al interlocutor que coloque el
documento en su equipo y que pulse el
botón Inicio o Enviar.
b Cuando oiga los tonos CNG (repetición
de pitidos lentos) del otro equipo, pulse
Black Start (Inicio Negro) o
Color Start (Inicio Color).
c Pulse 2 para seleccionar Recibir para
recibir el fax.
d Cuelgue el auricular del teléfono
externo.
Recepción de faxes en la
memoria cuando la bandeja
de papel está vacía
En cuanto la bandeja de papel se quede vacía
durante la recepción de un fax, la pantalla
LCD mostrará Comprobar papel. Debe
poner papel en la bandeja de papel.

Si no coloca papel en la bandeja, el equipo
seguirá recibiendo el fax y almacenando en
memoria el resto de páginas, siempre y
cuando haya disponible memoria suficiente.
Los próximos faxes entrantes también se
almacenarán en memoria hasta que esta esté
llena. Cuando la memoria esté llena, el
equipo dejará automáticamente de responder
a las llamadas. Para imprimir los faxes,
coloque papel nuevo en la bandeja.
