FUEL AND OIL
WARNING
Always stop engine before refu-
eling. Open cap slowly.
If a differential pressure condi-
tion is noticed (whistling sound
heard when loosening fuel tank
cap) have vehicle inspected
and/or repaired before further
operation.
Fuel is flammable and explosive
under certain conditions.
Never use an open flame to
check fuel level.
Never smoke or allow flame or
spark in vicinity.
Always work in a well-ventilated
area.
Never top up the fuel tank be-
fore placing the vehicle in a
warm area. As temperature in-
creases, fuel expands and may
overflow.
Always wipe off any fuel
spillage from the vehicle.
NOTE: Do not sit or lean on seat when
fuel tank cap is n ot properly installed.

idated using the recomm ended BRP
XPS™ oil. BRP recommends the
use of its recomm ended XPS oil or
equivalent. Damages caused by oil
which is not suitab le for this oil in-
jected 2-stroke direct fuel injection
engine may not be covered by the
BRP limited warranty.

mobile has been developed and val-
idated using the BRP XPS™ Synthe-
tic 4-stroke oil. BRP recommends
the use of its XPS S ynthetic 4-stroke
or equivalent. Damages caused
by oil which is not suitable for this
4-stroke engine may not be covered
by the B RP limited warranty.
If the recommended oil is not avail-
able, use SAE 0W-40 synthetic-based
oil that meets or exceeds the require-
ments for API service classification
SM.
Injection Oil Level
Verification
The injection oil reservoir is located
behind the RH side panel. See
CON-
TROLS, INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIP-
MENT
for opening procedure.
Always maintain a sufficient amount of
recommended injection oil in the injec-
tion oil reservoir.
