11.4. To set precooling mode temperature
• Press the stop button
• Hold down the “M” button until 1-(value) is shown
• Quickly press the “M” button again to show 5-(value)
• Increasing the number to a maximum of 5 will set the coldest precooling temperature
• Decreasing the number to 1 will set the precooling at the hottest setting
• (3) is recommended
11.5. Function of Low Mix Indicator
Single Low Mix Indicator
When the mix level in the hoppers is low, the indicator will flash. An audible sound will repeat every 20 seconds until mix
has been replenished
11.6. Digital Serve Counter
When the pistons are opened, this is recorded as one serve on the digital counter. To reset the digital counter, hold down
the counter reset button until the counter return to 0

11.8. Mix Preparation
Ensure your pre-prepared mix has been thoroughly mixed as per the instructions and kept in a cool place if possible.
Any lumps or inconsistency in the mix could cause the feed tube holes or mix pumps to become blocked causing freezer
cylinder starvation.
12. Preventative Maintenance
12.1. Tune up Kit
12.2. Replace scraper blades that are nicked or damaged. Before installing the beater assembly, be certain that
scraper blades are properly attached to the quartet beater.
12.3. Dispose of o−rings and seals if they are worn, torn, or fit too loosely, and replace with new ones.
12.4. Follow all lubricating procedures as outlined in Assembling Equipment in this manual.
12.5. Check the condensers for accumulation of dirt, sand, lint or any foreign objects . Dirty condensers will reduce
the efficiency and capacity of the machine. Condensers should be cleaned monthly with a soft brush. Never use
screwdrivers or other metal probes to clean between the fins. Note: For machines equipped with an air filter, it
will be necessary to vacuum clean the filters on a monthly schedule.
12.6. Recommended 12 monthly service and inspection by Certified Brüllen Technician:
• Inspect and if required replace Gearbox Gasket
• General inspection of unit
