Operate machine at 37C, 1000 RPM, air flow = (1/2 - 1 V) LPM.
Calibrate DO to 100 and allow it to stabilize.
Add Na2SO3 (with a small amount about 5gm of Cu SO4).
The DO reading drops very quickly. At DO = 50, start counting time.
When DO returns to 50, stop counting time.
