The voice prompt played through the earpiece will tell you
when to start your message.
6. The display shows
RECORDING, press when you have
finished speaking and your message will be played back.

to return to standby.
Play/check outgoing message
1. Press the Left soft key Menu, the display shows ANS MACHINE,

2. Press or
until ANS SETTINGS is displayed and

to select.
3. Press
to display OUTGOING MSG and press .
4. Press or
to select ANS & RECORD or ANSWER ONLY
and press
.

PLAY MESSAGE is displayed, press to listen to the message
through the earpiece. The display will show
PLAYING MSG.
6. Press and hold
to return to standby.
Reinstate pre-recorded outgoing messages
1. Press the Left soft key Menu, the display shows ANS MACHINE,

until ANS SETTINGS is displayed and press
to select.

to display OUTGOING MSG and press .
4. Press or
to select ANS & RECORD or ANSWER ONLY

PLAY MESSAGE is displayed, press and as soon as the
message starts press
. Your personal outgoing message will
be deleted and the pre-recorded message reinstated.
6. Press and hold
to return to standby.
This means deleting your own
recorded outgoing message.
