You’ll need to subscribe to
your network provider’s Caller
Display service for this feature
to work. You might have to pay
a fee. For more information on
BT Calling Features, call BT free
on 0800 800 150.
For the caller’s name to be
displayed, make sure you’ve
stored the full telephone
number in your contacts list,
including the dialling code.
There are some incoming calls
where a number is not displayed
and a network message is
recorded instead:

Caller display
You’ll need to subscribe to a caller display service to
get the most out of this feature. When you do, you’ll
be able to see your caller’s number on your handset
display, as long as it’s not withheld.
If the number is unavailable (which can happen
if the call is coming from overseas), the number
will show as Unavailable
a Ringback, that’ll also show on the handset
display screen.
If a number is stored in your handset, the caller’s
name will be displayed. If you haven’t subscribed
to a caller display service, Calling will show on the
phone’s display.
The Calls List
received calls. The most recent call will show at the
top of the list, followed by the rest in chronological
order. Your Calls List will store up to 50 calls. When
it’s full, the newest call will replace the oldest.
