If you reset the handset settings
all the handset settings will
return to their default settings,
e.g. the handset name, ringer
melody, all volume levels,
display and alarm settings.
If you reset the base settings all
the base settings will return to
their default settings, e.g. the
base ringer melody, all volume
levels, PBX access codes and
answer machine settings.
The default setting is Eco
mode Off.
to enter the old (current) 4 digit PIN first and then
select OK. Then follow the prompts and enter the
new 4 digit PIN).
4. Enter the new 4 digit PIN again and select OK.
The display will show New system PIN saved.
Turn Eco mode on or off
With Eco mode on, the handset only uses the
transmission power it needs to communicate
with the base rather than full transmission power all
the time.
1. Select Menu, scroll
to display Settings and
press Select.
2. Press
to highlight Auto-ECO and press
Select.
3. Press
or to highlight On or Off for Auto answer
and then press
to highlight On or Off and
select Save.
Reset the handset or base settings
1. Select Menu, scroll
to display Settings and
press Select.
2. Press
to highlight Reset and press Select.
