Services
Your Synergy telephone system gives you easy access to
BT Select Services.
• Call Waiting
• Call Diversion
• Three Way Calling
Your Synergy Handset also gives you quick access to:
• Friends & Family
• Call My Bill services which are subscription free.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting lets you know when someone else is trying
to get through, even when you’re already on the phone.
During a call, you hear beeps to indicate that another
person is ringing your number.
• When you hear the beeps, press the
RECALL button
to take the new call.
• To switch between both calls, press the
RECALL
button.
