Connecting to a
switchboard
When connecting your Synergy Handset to a
switchboard/PBX, you may need to change the dialling
mode setting from Time Break Recall (
TB) to Earth
Recall (
E).
To switch between Time Break Recall and Earth
Recall
The original setting is Time Break Recall.
• Press the ➔ button until the display shows SET UP.
• Press the ✔ button. Display shows HANDSET.
• Press the ➔ button. Display shows BASE.
• Press the ✔ button. Display shows SECURITY PIN.
• Press the ➔ button until the display shows RECALL.
• Press the ✔ button. Display shows the current setting
TB (or E).
• Press the ➔ button to display the alternative option.
Display shows E (or TB).
• Press the ✔ button. You hear a confirmation beep.
Display shows RECALL.
Press the ✗ button to reverse one step of the instructions.
Or press and hold to revert quickly to standby.
