Getting Ready
High-voltage insulated torque wrench
for 0 to 150 in-lbs
For tightening quick-disconnect
connectors on VSL pigtails
1/8” Insulated allen wrench For tightening SS clamps to battery bars
Anti-corrosive grease
For use with SS clamps if connectors are
attached to battery bars or straps
WAGO connector tool set (provided by
BTECH)
The small “hook” tool is used to pry open
wire hole by inserting it into the 16 and
10-pin WAGO plugs.
Other pointed tools are pushed into the
plugs to create an opening or used in
screw terminals
Duct tape To reinforce thermistor mounting tape
