6 Maintenance and warranty
6.1 Maintenance every 24 months by RUCK Service
The podiatry couch is a medical device and therefore subject to special
requirements. Safety and reliability of the product can only be permanently
guaranteed if certain components are regularly checked or replaced by spe-
cialists. In such cases, worn parts will be replaced with original spare parts.
We therefore recommend you have the device serviced by RUCK Service every
24months.
This servicing includes an electrical safety inspection in accordance with
DINEN62353.
IMPORTANT
Operating the podiatry couch without the necessary regular mainte-
nance is entirely at your own risk.
Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by authorised spe-
cialists. Only original spare parts may be used.
We do not assume any liability or warranty for lack of maintenance or
improper performance of maintenance or repair.
