14 Start-up protocol
Please check off all startup steps and record
measurements in the appropriate tables.
Start-up procedure Remarks or measured values
1. Type of gas Natural gas LP
2. Has the leak test been completed?
3. Check combustion air, inlet and outlet openings and flue gas connection
4. Check the equipment (correct orifices? See below)
and convert gas type if necessary
5. Fill boiler with water and bleed complete heating system
6. Measure gas supply pressure (flow pressure)

9. Leak check in operating status
10 Correct functioning of the venting system
