ACTIVATING THE VARIABLE DAMPING FACTOR:
The damping factor display (14) shows the value FIXED.

Press the damping factor toggle (16).

Press the RESUME button (22) on the remote control.

ACTIVATING THE FIXED DAMPING FACTOR:
The damping factor display (14) shows a value other than
FIXED.

Press the damping factor toggle (16).

Press the RESUME button (22) on the remote control.
— The damping factor display (14) changes to FIXED.
ADJUSTING THE DAMPING FACTOR:
Set the damping factor control knob (4) to the desired value.
NOTE
You can see the set value through the opening.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
The Burmester remote control toggles the settings for auto power
down and the damping factor for all 159 devices within range. The
devices’ settings are only synchronised if you are using BurSync.
If you want to control your 159 device with the remote control but do not
want to connect it with BurSync, first set the same values for the auto power
down function and the damping factor status directly on all 159 devices.
