About this Device
Burmester proudly presents this series model of its superlative mono power
amplifiers – because exceptional sound is in our DNA. With a design inspired by
the renowned amplifiers in our portfolio, we’ve updated the look of the 159 mono
power amplifier to match the most modern design concepts and to highlight the
technological advances contained within. After seven years of development, we’ve
improved and harmonised the performance and control to unprecedented levels.
The 159 is the happy result of Burmester’s wealth of experience in power amplifiers
and the latest innovations in analogue amplifier technology: a device with ground-
breaking design and technology, while still remaining a “typical Burmester”.
