To do this, turn the smoker OFF, disconnect the power, let it cool, open the lid, and remove the grids, grease removal sheet, and heat conduction sheet. Then, remove the pellets from the pellet chamber, clear any foreign objects, and remove all pellets and ash from the grilling chamber.
