Warning: This equipment should only be operated from the type of certified/listed power supply
supplied by the manufacturer with the equipment.
Warning: Never install telephone equipment in a wet location or during a lightning storm. When
installing or modifying telephone lines, disconnect lines at the network interface before working with
uninsulated lines or terminals to prevent electrical shock
Warning: Before making any power connections to this equipment, verify that the power is off (fuse
removed/breaker tripped).
Caution: To reduce risk of fire, use minimum No. 26 AWG Telecommunication Line Cord for data /
signaling. Use 22 AWG minimum for power wiring.
