If these steps don't resolve the issue, the engine may be malfunctioning, requiring repair or replacement by an authorized service center.

  If your Calpeda Water Pump isn't producing water, check for air infiltration from suction tube connections, drain plugs, the pump filling point, or suction pipe gaskets and ensure they are sealed tightly. Also, verify the foot valve isn't blocked and the suction pipe is fully immersed in the liquid. Clean or replace the bottom valve, and ensure the suction pipe is suitable for the application. Lastly, check if the suction filter is blocked and clean or replace it if necessary.

  Noise and vibrations in your Calpeda Water Pump can be caused by several factors. Check for obstructions in the rotor. If there are no obstructions, examine the bearings for wear and replace them if needed. Ensure the pump and pipes are firmly attached. If the flow is too strong for the delivery pipe's diameter, use larger pipes or reduce the pump flow. If the pump is functioning in cavitation, reduce the flow by adjusting the feeder gate and/or using pipes with a bigger internal diameter. Check that the mains voltage is correct. If necessary, the unit must be re-aligned.

Try to start rotation directly from the pump shaft or from the joint, remembering to turn off the electricity supply first. Alternatively, there might be solid objects in the pump rotor. If possible, dismantle the pump casing and remove any solid foreign bodies inside the rotor. Also, check if the bearings are seized; if so, replace them.
