The Cambox turns on but
then turns off after few
seconds
1) Not enough free space on the memory card
2) Low battery
3) Memory card missing
4) Incompatible memory card (2 to 64 Gb)

Impossible to enable the
Wifi of the camera
1) Low battery (wifi antenna unavailable)
2) Check the procedure page 30
Impossible to connect to
the camera wifi with my
phone
1) Check that the yellow LED of the camera
flashes
2) Scan networks via your smartphone in order
to find the network beginning by Cambox
3) Enter the password and be sure the Cambox
yellow LED remains solid (peering successful)
I am not sure the Cambox
is fully charged
1) Respect the charging instructions (≈ 2 hours)
2) Open the application on your smartphone to
check the battery level (P. 31)
The Cambox turns off
randomly
1) The Cambox switches to safety mode in the
case of excessive temperature (lower than -
5°C and more than + 55°C)
2) Check that the Cambox is well fastened to its
support and that no element is in contact with
the buttons on the front side
3) Check that no one is connected via Wifi on
your camera
