1. Caminetti Montegrappa s.p.a. acknowledges and adopts the "guarantee of conformity with the contract" of Directive
1999/44/CE.
2. As to benefit from the guarantee in compliance with the provisions of national law adopted in order to comply with Directive
1999/44/CE, the consumer shall refer to his dealer only (the seller).



