4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all bird spikes (FIGURE 7-6 (p. 18)).

5. Tug upward on each spike to make sure the spike is pressed in.
6. Position the ring on top of the ClimaVUE 50 with the pyranometer aligned with the triangle
between two spikes (FIGURE 7-7 (p. 18)); this will limit spike shadows on the sensor.
