3.5 Check the flow of the nozzles (not for one-cklick models)
Before the first operation and during maintenance every seven nozzles of each drawer need to be checked for
correct air flow.
Therefore the drying phase of 0.5 bars has to be activated in the diagnostic menu.
For the test an air flow tester is put on to every nozzle while air pressure pin is pushed.
The float of the air flow tester needs to reach the red marked range completely.
To check the airflow of the air inlet nozzle just put the flowmeter on this nozzle. The pin has to be pushed.
Caution!
Nozzles with low air flow deteriorate the drying results of
endoscopes.
It is recommended to change these parts with replacement
equipment of the manufacturer.
