• Poor balance of blade
• Low engine speed
• Operating speed too high
• Grass accumulating or coiling
around blade or around shaft
Corrective action
Replace the blade with a new
one or balance the blade
properly. ( Pages 43 and
44)
Increase engine speed to a
maximum value.
(Check engine speed.)
Slow down operating speed.
Clean up blade.
