Shall be free of cracks, deformation, or
corrosion.
Fastening bolts or nuts shall not be loose or
missing.
Body Panels
Shall be free of cracks, deformation, or
corrosion.
Doors and lids shall open, close, and lock
properly.

missing.
Labels
Warning labels and instruction plates shall be
clean, legible, and free of damage.
