3.3 Manual: STANDARD (conventional resistance spot welding)
This chapter explains how to proceed for Manual (STANDARD) welding.
Now the process selected is conventional resistance spot welding. Welding
current and time are adjusted afterwards exclusively by means of the two po-
tentiometers “Power” l/kA and “Time” t/s on the corresponding scale ob-
serving plate thickness and material. For recommended welding values, see
table on page 31 (see also decal on the front cover). Experienced values
serve as setting parameters.
