To address precision degradation or poorly stitched images during acquisition with your Carestream DENTAL equipment: * Ensure the lens window at the base of the scanner is clean. Wipe it with a moist, lint-free cloth or lens tissue. * Remove any dust or water stains from the mirror in the tip using a lens tissue or lint-free cloth. * Confirm the tip is firmly installed and that there are no dark edges on the live video.
