Replacing Cutter Wheel Bearings
Replace the Poly Chain® belt. Follow the
instructions in the Servicing Belts section for
replacing and tensioning the Poly Chain® belt.
NOTE: Refer to SERVICING BELTS section for proper installation and tensioning of all belts.
(Alignment and tension of Poly Chain® belt is very important. See information on alignment
using straight edge in Replacing Jackshaft Bearings section of manual.)
• After belt has been replaced and properly
adjusted, replace guard cover and end. Tighten
the bolts. DO NOT RUN MACHINE
WITHOUT ALL GUARDS IN PLACE AND
SECURED PROPERLY.
