Replacing V-Belt
When you pull the pump off, the pump
coupler and a rubber insert will come off
with it. Take note of the insert and do not
lose it.
Loosen, don’t remove, all belt-keepers to
remove the engine belt. There are two belt
keepers on the jackshaft sheave. The beehive
has two belt keepers inside it, one on top and
one on bottom. The last belt keeper is beside
the beehive.
Remove and replace the engine belt.
